Quick Pizza Recipe

A pizza which can be made under minutes.

Ingredients
For the Dough:

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
For the Toppings:

1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
Fresh basil (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, olive oil, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and stir until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Shape the Dough:

Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 2 equal pieces.
Roll out each piece on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 12 inches in diameter for a thinner crust or 10 inches for a thicker crust).
Add the Toppings:

Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake the Pizza:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Serve:

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired. Slice and serve hot.
